Laura Benton Counseling

Laura Benton, M.S. LMFT

For over 20 years as a Marriage and FamilyTherapist, it’s been an honor to partner with individuals, couples, families and communities in the beautiful work of repairing, renewing and restoring hope and healing.

Together, we’ll create a wholistic picture of your unique experiences, family history, cultural and ethnic influences, strengths and struggles so we can cultivate deep healing in your relationships, daily thriving, faithful living, and fullness of heart.

For those who share a faith-oriented perspective, we can integrate spiritual resources into our work together. And if you don’t share this orientation, please know that you will be held with deepest honor and respect.

I utilize Systemic and Attachment theories, Genograms / Family of Origin mapping, Emotion Focused Therapy, Hakomi, and EMDR tools to support the growth and transformation of my clients.
